Metropolis’ Technical Directors are absolutely the best in the business – having received the highest level of advanced education and colour degrees.  They’re experts in solving any colour issue – correcting a colour nightmare, repairing severely damaged or overprocessed hair, or just giving you beautiful, natural color that covers the gray. 

Every colour visit begins with a consultation.  We listen to your concerns and needs and consider your unique hair type, hair condition, skin tone, personal taste and individual style to give you the best colour solution.  Maybe you’re ready for a completely new look, like going blonde?  Our unique highlighting processes simulate the most natural effects of sunlight, giving the hair depth, life and shine. 

Whatever the colour, whatever your style, to get rich, glossy, gorgeous colour and healthy hair -  Metropolis is the answer!  

Blow-Dry: We recommend you book a blow-dry from the Metropolis Blow-Dry Bar after your colour for optimal results. 

Skin Test: We require you have a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to any colour service if you haven’t had a colour in the last 12 months.

Ritual:Begin is the foundation of all our Ritual treatments.  Ritual:Begin is an in-depth hair analysis to diagnose the particular needs of your hair and scalp.  Then, a customized treatment is prescribed to give your hair exactly what it needs.  Your hair will be healthier and happier than it’s ever been!

Ritual:Balance is a great way to indulge! The ritual starts with our Ritual:Begin customised hair consultation and includes an additional  fifteen-minute relaxing head and neck massage.  Using products specially prescribed to treat your hair’s unique needs, your hair will look amazing and you’ll feel great. A special treat to reward yourself!

The ultimate pampering! Following your personalised Ritual:Begin in-depth hair consultation, diagnosis, and treatment, you’ll be treated to an extended twenty-minute head and neck massage, five-minute hand massage, and hot towel service.  Your newly luscious hair will then receive the perfect styling at our Blow-Dry Bar, so you leave the salon looking gorgeous and feeling like you’ve just been on the perfect holiday!

Bridal/Special Occasion Trust your hair to Metropolis on your special day.  Your stylist will create the perfect bridal or special occasion look to suit your gown, your face shape, your hair texture, the tone of the event and your personal style.  We can also travel to your wedding or event to do your hair on-site for ultimate convenience.

* Includes pre-wedding trial for the bride and hairstyling on location for the bride and up to four additional bridesmaids or family members.
